Jonathan Davey is a workplace culture consultant, Gallup-Certified strengths coach, keynote speaker, founder, and CEO of Intellego a workplace culture consulting firm.  Jonathan specializes in creating a common strengths-based language, cultivating employee's talents and aligning them with their job responsibilities to increase productivity, retention, and satisfaction in the workplace.  Jonathan holds an Master of Education from the University of Arkansas and when he’s not helping organizations realize the full potential of their employees he may be found sipping an exceptional cup of coffee just outside his Seattle home.
