Mr. Robert (Rob) Jasper is a Manager in PNNL's National Security Directorate (NSD), Deputy Director for the Northwest Regional Technology Center for Homeland  Security, and lead for NSD’s Innovation District Strategy (IDS). He is currently Chief Scientist of a government funded effort on AI safety and  security. While at PNNL, Mr. Jasper served  as Chief Scientist and later Initiative Lead the Analysis in Motion  (AIM) initiative, an internally funded 5-year initiative on streaming  data analytics and machine learning.
