About the Event

How can I create a thriving Part-Time workforce that drives exceptional customer success? Lions+Tigers Founder & future of work thought leader Brea Starmer and Adam Peddicord discuss in this episode of Customer Success by Design - LIVE!!!

Brea Starmer is the Founder of Lions+Tigers, a marketing and strategy consultancy building a bridge to the future of work.  Her team of 50+ serve clients like Microsoft and Google. In 2018, Brea started the inclusion-focused firm in response to a need she identified as a senior consultant and mom of two young boys with a little girl on the way: flexible, fractional high-impact work.

Brea, a leader in the space for 15 years, started her career at Microsoft in partner channel marketing and business strategy.  She later grew a global staffing firm from startup to 120 consultants with $16M in revenue in four years.

Brea’s work has been featured on King5, in the Puget Sound Business Journal, and she was recently named as Geekwire’s Geek of the Week.  An alum of Washington State University and the 8th female student body president, Brea currently sits on the Marketing Advisory Board at the Carson College of Business.  She has spoken, taught and trained audiences at Microsoft, Google, for the Seattle Together Digital Chapter, and for Women in Cloud.

Brea is most passionate about helping people thrive in their “highest and best use” through courageous action.  When she’s not with her kids and husband, Andrew, you can find Brea living the Lions+Tigers mission from her backyard She Shed office outside of Seattle, WA.
