About the Event

How  do you best raise your customers awareness and teach behavioral change  with your solutions?  What are the methods that make customer education  "stick"?  Noted author & MediaPRO Chief Learning Officer Dr. Tom  Pendergast joins Adam Peddicord in discussing this for the success  community!

Dr.  Tom Pendergast is MediaPRO's Chief Learning Officer and the author of  19 publications and hundreds of blog articles.  Creator of MediaPRO's  security awareness program curriculem and content, Tom's leveraged his  academic background to generate learning programs that empower  participants to maintain better control over their digital privacy and  security.  A historian by training, he's passionate about helping people  figure out how to navigate our complicated digital world, both at work  and at home.  Fascinated with digital transformation, he looks at what  forces are at play in the world and how they shape our lives.  Viewing  the digital transformation we’re going through as a kind of personal  challenge, Dr. Pendergast is always thinking about how he can construct a  meaningful life and remain authentic and grounded when the forces at  work in our culture pull him in other directions.  Curious as hell and a  voracious reader, Tom likes to move quickly through space, which  requires tremendous focus. This leads Dr. Pendergast to follow his other  passions, which are hiking, running, and driving his car on a race  track.
