How to expand accounts without being "salesy".

How do I find and present expansion opportunities to my clients without coming across as the "pushy salesperson"?  GreekTrack's Director of Client Success Chelsea Kirk shares her first hand experience with Adam Peddicord and the success community!

Chelsea has six years of experience in Client Success in the SaaS space, and during that time has had the opportunity to work with clients as small as a handful of employees or as large as a few thousand. In October 2020, she joined GreekTrack to lead Sales and Client Success as the first non-technical employee, and is on track to double the company’s revenue this year. She lives on a 30-acre farm in Lexington, Kentucky and is excited to welcome her first child in October 2020.
