Dr. Harden is a professor in the Department of Communication at Seattle University and Founder and principal of Harden Consulting Group, LLC. Dr. Harden works with organizational leaders and educators to develop, implement, and assess programs that support diversity, equity, and inclusion, systemic change, institutional growth and personal empowerment. When not helping bring about positive change in diversity, justice, and leadership Dr. Harden may be found enjoying the laughter and love of her friends and family.
